Can I camp overnight?

For those travelling to Jaminaround from afar, there is limited space available for camping overnight at the event, thanks to the generosity of the ATC. Camping places must be purchased as an 'all in one' ticket from the Eventbrite ticket site. If you do not have an overnight stay ticket then you will not be allowed to camp - have a look at the local accommodation options on the general info page.

Do I have to pay extra for camping?

If you plan to camp, you'll need a camping ticket. Alternatively, you can get a reduced price festival ticket that does not include camping. Camping is strictly limited due to space.

Is there a limit on tent size?

Please bring the smallest tent you can. Our camping area is not big. Please bring reasonably sized tents to accommodate a fair amount of people i.e. a bell tent for a family is fine but not for 1 person. No porches, gardens or lounges out front of tents!

Can I bring a campervan?

Yes, but we are limited to about 8. To reserve a campervan spot you must first ask by email, then if given the go ahead, buy a camping ticket.

What ages are the tickets for?
Children under 10 are free. 10+ inclusive need adult tickets.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?
No refunds (except if the event is cancelled) however, you can resell your ticket.

How will I know if I have a ticket or not?

Accessibility
Our ethos at Jaminaround is that we want to make sure nobody is excluded from the festival.
We offer a free carers ticket for festival goers who require one-to-one support. Please provide a supporting document when you apply for your carers ticket by contacting jam_in_a_round@yahoo.co.uk.

Accessible Drop Off and Pick Up Points
Please note, after drop off, the vehicle will need to be parked off site in a car park that is around 300m walk from the site on an uneven surface, not accessible for people with mobility needs. Please let us know if you have any special access requirements and we will look at what we can do to support additional needs.

What time do the gates open?
You can arrive at the site any time after 17:00 on the advertised event date. Music usually begins at 18:00.

Sadly no, so make sure you bring enough to keep you going for the event.

We may have a card reader up and running by June but this is not definite at this stage.

Is there any lock up service for valuables?
